The following requirements must be met to open an account and use tkok services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
• You must operate the account in your own name and for your own benefit.

Security and Password

Keeping your account secure is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your login details (username and password) with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

Identity Verification (KYC)

tkok may request a national ID card, passport or other documents to verify a user's identity when required. Withdrawals may be restricted until the verification process is complete. Refusing to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily or permanently closed.

Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before closure, however bonus funds will be cancelled.

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on tkok is ৳100 (per method). Currently supported payment methods are: bKash, Nagad and Rocket.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may increase during the verification process or in unusual circumstances.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.
• tkok reserves the right to hold any withdrawal if fraud is suspected.
• Winnings related to a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

Welcome Bonus

tkok offers new members a 120% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, it must be activated at the time of the first deposit.

General Bonus Terms

• A user may use any specific promotional offer only once.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable like cash — only the winnings generated after fulfilling the bonus conditions become withdrawable.
• tkok reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• If evidence of obtaining bonuses through multiple accounts or fraud is found, all accounts will be closed.

VIP Program

tkok's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week, Silver — up to 0.6% cashback, Gold — up to 0.9% cashback, Platinum — up to 1.2% cashback and Diamond — up to 1.5% cashback. Higher tiers can be reached through regular and active play. VIP benefits and cashback terms are subject to change.

All games available on the tkok platform are operated in a fair and transparent manner. A random number generator (RNG) is used to determine game outcomes.

• If a technical fault occurs during a game, the relevant bet may be cancelled and the bet amount will be refunded.
• Once a bet is placed it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the game provider's rules state otherwise.
• Exploiting any game glitch or bug to earn money is prohibited. Any such earnings will be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkok platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or coordinated groups to gain unfair advantages from the bonus system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack tkok's technology systems, sending malware or attempting to steal data.
• Opening an account with false information or committing identity fraud.
• Threatening, harassing or behaving disrespectfully toward other users.

The tkok platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We accept no liability for the following:

• Losses caused by technical faults, internet disconnection or third-party server issues.
• Financial loss due to unauthorised access to an account where the user's own negligence regarding security is responsible.
• Personal financial losses from game or betting outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by events beyond tkok's control.

tkok operates a secure, SSL-encrypted platform and is committed to ensuring the highest level of security. However, online betting carries inherent risks and users must remain aware of those risks.

All content published on the tkok website — logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces and other elements — is the intellectual property of tkok or its licensors.

• Copying, distributing or reproducing any content without prior permission from tkok is prohibited.
• Platform content may be used for personal and non-commercial purposes.
• Using tkok's brand name or logo in a misleading manner is prohibited.

Account Termination

tkok may suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion or evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Extended period of inactivity.
• At the user's request.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact our support team first — via live chat or at [email protected]. We will review all complaints within 72 hours.

If the matter is not resolved with the support team, it will be escalated for further review at a higher level. tkok's final decision is binding in all matters.

Applicable Law

These Terms and all matters related to them will be governed by applicable law. If any clause is declared invalid by a court, the remaining clauses will continue to be in effect.
